We do not ask for payment details through this website, and we do not collect any special category data beyond dietary information you volunteer so that the catering can be prepared safely.

How we use it

Your information is used for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan and deliver the catering you have booked. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for marketing.

The lawful basis for this is legitimate interest — responding to an enquiry you initiated — and, where a booking is agreed, performance of a contract.

Who can see it

Enquiries are read by Chef Ahmet. Email is delivered through a standard email provider, which processes the message in the normal course of delivering it. No other third party receives your details unless it is necessary to fulfil a booking you have agreed.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept only as long as they are useful for following up, and are then deleted. Records relating to completed bookings are kept for as long as required for business and tax purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email ahmetissi3535@gmail.com and we will deal with it.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
